Product Description：The acetylated Lysine antibody is immobilized to the beaded agarose via amide linkage. The product could be utilized as affinity matrix for rapid isolation and purification of the species of protein or peptides with acetyl Lysine residues.

Antibody immobilized： 2 mg/mL, antibody is covalently linked through amide bond with NHS activated-SMCC then linked to thiolated Agarose beads via thiol ether bond.

Specificity: Selectively capture the peptides and proteins with acetylated lysine residues (N-epsilon). Not cross-react with methylated proteins and mono- and dimethylated proteins.
Binding Capacity: Approximately 0.2 mg of acetylated histone/mL.
Application(s): Rapid isolation and purification of peptides or proteins with acetylated lysine residues from the mixtures of cell lysates or protease-digested mixtures.
