Haohan Chromatographic (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. studied that under the same conditions of other tests, the standard samples, the air samples from unorganized emission monitoring points and the exhaust gases from organized emissions were tested by using the valves that have been inerted and the valves that have not been inerted to inject samples respectively. The results show that the sample valve without inerting treatment has little influence on the single component such as standard gas, but has great influence on the results of multi-component, complex real air and waste gas samples; The inert injection valve has little influence on the accuracy of the results of standard gas and complex samples. Therefore, it is recommended to select the inert injection valve, injection pipeline and quantitative ring to reduce the impact on NMHC determination.
