浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立工作场所空气中一甲胺和二甲胺的顶空气相色谱测定方法。方法用酸性吸收液采集空气中的一甲胺、二甲胺,碱溶液中和后顶空进样气相色谱,经HH-Volamine毛细管色谱柱分离,氢焰离子化检测器测定。结果一甲胺浓度为3.06~48.88μg/ml时,标准曲线回归方程为Y=667.65X-1596.9(r=0.9991),二甲胺浓度为3.08~49.32 μg/ml时,标准曲线的回归方程为:Y=2123.1X-3437.4(r=0.9993)。一甲胺方法检出限为2.6μg/ml,ZUI低检出浓度为1.6 mg/m~3(以采集7.5 L空气样品计);二甲胺检出限为1.8μg/ml,ZUI低检出浓度为1.2 mg/m~3。样品于4℃冰箱内可保存5 d。结论该方法可以满足同时测定工作场所空气中一甲胺和二甲胺浓度的要求。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a headspace gas chromatography method for the determination of monomethylamine and dimethylamine in workplace air. Methods The monomethylamine and dimethylamine in the air were collected by acid absorption solution, neutralized by alkali solution, and then sampled by headspace gas chromatography, separated by HH-Volamine capillary column, and determined by hydrogen flame ionization detector. Results When the concentration of monomethylamine was 3.06-48.88 μg/ml, the regression equation of the standard curve was Y=667.65X-1596.9 (r=0.9991), and when the concentration of dimethylamine was 3.08-49.32 μg/ml, the regression equation of the standard curve was: :Y=2123.1X-3437.4 (r=0.9993). The detection limit of monomethylamine method is 2.6μg/ml, and the lowest detection concentration of ZUI is 1.6 mg/m~3 (based on the collection of 7.5 L air samples); the detection limit of dimethylamine is 1.8μg/ml, and the lowest detection concentration of ZUI is 1.8 μg/ml. The output concentration was 1.2 mg/m~3. The samples can be stored in a refrigerator at 4°C for 5 days. Conclusion The method can meet the requirements of simultaneous determination of the concentrations of monomethylamine and dimethylamine in workplace air.
