浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司系统研究了气相色谱法测定焦炉煤气中组分方法,并利用"EXCEL"软件开发了一种热值计算的简便方法。选用高纯氩气做载气,以5A色谱柱分离煤气中H_2、O_2、N_2、CO和CO_2,以GDX-502色谱柱分离CH_4、C_2H_4、C_2H_6和C_3H_8。以上组分用热导检测器和氢火焰离子化检测器进行检测。在试验过程中,重点对不同载气使用情况进行了比较并选择,对进样方式、安全操作方式以及分析程序的改进进行了研究,并根据各可燃组分的含量和燃烧热,利用"Excel"软件开发出了一种热值的简便计算方法。
