适用范围

本标准适用于地表水、地下水、海水、生活污水和工业废水中挥发性石油烃(C6-C9的测定。

当取样量为10.0ml时,本标准测定的挥发性石油烃(C6-C9)方法检出限为0.02mg/L, 测定下限为0.08 mg/L。

当取样量为20.0ml时,本标准测定的挥发性石油烃(C6-C9)方法检出限为0.01mg/L, 测定下限为0.04 mg/L。

      挥发性石油烃(C6-C9) volatile petroleum hydrocarbons

在本标准规定的条件下,在气相色谱图上保留时间介于2-甲基戊烷(包含)与n-C10H22 (不包含)之间的物质。

      注:该定义下的挥发性石油烃(C6-C9)包括脂肪烃,脂环烃,芳香烃或烷基化的芳香烃等。

方法原理

样品中的目标化合物经高纯氮气吹扫后吸附于捕集管中,将捕集管加热并以高纯氮气反吹,被热脱附出来的组分经气相色谱柱分离后,用氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测,根据保留时间窗定性,外标法定量。

1 Scope of application


       This standard specifies the purge and trap/gas chromatography method for the determination of volatile petroleum hydrocarbons (C6-C9) in water.


This standard applies to the determination of volatile petroleum hydrocarbons (C6-C9) in surface water, groundwater, seawater, domestic sewage and industrial wastewater.


When the sampling volume is 10.0ml, the detection limit of the volatile petroleum hydrocarbon (C6-C9) method determined by this standard is 0.02mg/L, and the lower limit of determination is 0.08 mg/L.


When the sampling volume is 20.0ml, the detection limit of the volatile petroleum hydrocarbon (C6-C9) method determined by this standard is 0.01mg/L, and the lower limit of determination is 0.04 mg/L.

3 Terms and definitions


      Volatile petroleum hydrocarbons (C6-C9) volatile petroleum hydrocarbons


Under the conditions specified in this standard, the retention time on the gas chromatogram is between 2-methylpentane (included) and n-C10H22 (not included).


      Note: Volatile petroleum hydrocarbons (C6-C9) under this definition include aliphatic hydrocarbons, alicyclic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons or alkylated aromatic hydrocarbons.


4 Principles of the method


The target compound in the sample is purged by high-purity nitrogen and adsorbed in the trapping tube. The trapping tube is heated and backflushed with high-purity nitrogen. After the thermally desorbed components are separated by a gas chromatography column, they are separated by a hydrogen flame Ionization detector (FID) detection, qualitative according to the retention time window, quantitative with external standard method.
