以食品添加剂二氧化碳为样品,对色谱柱箱温度控制等方面进行优化,建立了良好的快速分析条件,利用外标法确定了食品添加剂二氧化碳中杂质各组分的保留时间。
在所建立的分析方法和zui佳实验条件下,一次性进样测定环氧乙烷、乙醛、氯乙烯和苯,相对标准不确定度在3%以内,与国biaoGB 1886.228–2016相当,线性相关系数大于0.999 5,检测时间缩短为国biao规定方法的近三分之一。

Taking the food additive carbon dioxide as a sample, the chromatographic column box temperature control was optimized, and good fast analysis conditions were established. The retention time of the impurities in the food additive carbon dioxide was determined by the external standard method.
Under the established analytical method and the best experimental conditions, the relative standard uncertainty of ethylene oxide, acetaldehyde, vinyl chloride and benzene was measured at one time, and the relative standard uncertainty was within 3%. The correlation coefficient is greater than 0.999 5, and the detection time is shortened to nearly one third of that of the national biao regulations.
The relative standard deviation of the measurement results is less than 3%, and the relative error from the standard value is less than 2%.
