国家新药筛选中心 拥有一支以归国留学人员为基本骨干的高学历、年轻化和专业化的研究队伍。技术力量涵盖 分子生物学、分子药理学、细胞生物学、生物信息学、药物化学、植物化学等多种学科。 实验大楼符合国际 GLP 规范,配置了一批包括核磁共振仪、液-质联用仪、药物筛选自动化操作系统、细胞扫描成像仪、样品和测试数据计算机管理系统等先进的软硬件设施。
国家新药筛选中心的目标是瞄准国际新药创制的前沿方向,按照我国生物医药产业的发展战略,采用新型运行机制和管理模式,建立现代化的新药筛选体系,促进新药筛选研究工作的开展,加速我国创新药物的研究和开发。中心的重点筛选和研究领域为治疗严重危害人类健康与生命的重大疾病(包括肿瘤、中枢神经系统疾病和代谢性疾病等)的原创药物

The National Center for Drug Screening possesses a well-qualified, professional and young research team with returned scholars from overseas as a core. The technologies employed in the Center are associated with a range of disciplines such as molecular biology, molecular pharmacology, cell biology, bioinformatics, medicinal chemistry and phytochemistry, etc . The research facility of the Center was constructed in compliance with the international GLP standards, installed advanced equipment such as NMR, LC-MS, automated drug screening instruments, ArrayScan™ , KineticScan™ , computerized chemical compound and experimental data information management systems, etc., thus providing an excellent infrastructure of hardware and software necessary to carry out its mission.
The Center follows the international development trends in drug innovation, implementing the national biopharmaceutical commercialization strategies and adopting novel operating mechanisms and management styles, with an ultimate goal of establishing a modern drug screening system and accelerating the pace of China 's innovative drug research and development. Focusing on major diseases among the Chinese population, the Center's screening and research emphasis is directed towards cancer, central nervous system diseases and metabolic disorders, etc .
