Thorlabs 小型超薄光电二极管功率探头 型号S116C
S116C小型超bao光电二极管探头设计用于在空间和操作性受局限的区域进行光功率测量。薄至4.5 mm的光电二极管探头可兼容16 mm笼式系统的笼杆间距,如图G3.2所示,探头还可以穿过我们?1/2英寸带槽透镜套筒(型号SM05L20C和SM05L30C)的侧面开口。此探头具有?6 mm探头孔径。
SM05A29转接件(单独购买)可通过两个0.05英寸(1.3 mm)六角固定螺丝安装到S116C功率探头,以安装光纤转接件、挡光片、滤光片或其它SM05螺纹(0.535"-40)光机械件或光学元件。安装在S116C功率探头上的转接件如图G3.1所示。
每个探头发货时都带有可追溯NIST或PTB校准数据。包含的数据由经过认zheng的参考二极管确定,对应了要校准探头的光谱范围。Thorlabs为这些光电二极管功率探头提供重新校准服务,可在下方订购(型号CAL-PD或CAL-PDD,用于硅探头)。
