本公司长期供应YM-155 is the first-in-class survivin inhibitor, selectively inhibits survivin expression and induces apoptosis in tumor cells. YM-155 is in clinical trials. Survivin is a member of the inhibitor of apoptosis (IAP) gene family, and is expressed during embryonal development, but is absent in most normal, terminally differentiated tissues. Survivin is upregulated in a variety of human cancers. Expression of survivin in tumors is associated with a more aggressive phenotype, shorter survival times, and a decreased response to chemotherapy.
