肌动蛋白是一种具有收缩能力的微丝蛋白，广泛分布于几乎所有的肌型细胞中。Actin, Skeletal Muscle (Sarcomeric) 是一种标记横纹肌的肌动蛋白，主要用于检测血管平滑肌，平滑肌瘤和平滑肌肉瘤以及肌上皮细胞和肌上皮瘤等。在判断良恶性乳腺病变时，根据肌上皮细胞阳性与否和分布，可作为一个重要的参考指标。
