六六六(BHC)、滴滴涕(DDT)都是以苯为原料合成的中等du性有机氯类农药,这两种农药化学性质稳定,在常温下蒸汽压很低不易挥发,gao温、日光或酸性条件下都很难分解.我国在1993年就已通告淘汰了这两种药剂,但由于它们都有高残留特性,现在我国蔬菜、水果等食品中仍将它们列入监测项目.
浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立同时测定蔬菜、水果、茶叶、食用植物油等食品中六六六、滴滴涕的方法。方法:先用有机溶剂将食品中六六六、滴滴涕和三氯杀螨醇等残留物提取出来,再经磺化后采用气相色谱法测定。结果:该方法能很好地将4种六六六异构体、4种滴滴涕异构体和三氯杀螨醇分离开,三氯杀螨醇的加标回收率在84.0%~95.0%,相对测量不确定度小于10%,zui低检出量为0.01 ng。结论:该方法能同时测定食品中六六六、滴滴涕和三氯杀螨醇残留量。

These two pesticides have stable chemical properties, low vapor pressure at room temperature, and are not easily volatile. Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a method for the simultaneous determination of 666 and DDT in vegetables, fruits, tea, edible vegetable oils and other foods. Methods: The residues of hexahexahexanol, DDT and dicofol in food were first extracted with organic solvent, and then sulfonated and determined by gas chromatography. Results: The method could well separate four hexahexahexahexaisomers, four DDT isomers and dicofol. The recovery rate of dicofol was between 84.0% and 95.0%, and the relative measurement uncertainty was less than 10%. , the minimum detection amount was 0.01 ng.
