预分离色谱法可直接测定混合物中微量组份的无限稀释活度系数(γ~∞),而不必把此组份从混合物中分离出来。主要由四步组成:被测组份的预浓缩,被测组份的定性,选择预分离柱和γ~∞的测定。预浓缩样品经过预分离柱分出被测组份,然后进入测量柱测定γ~∞。此方法简捷、可靠与常规以纯溶质进样的色谱测y~∞的方法具有相同的测定精度,可广泛用于缺少纯样的场合。


应用实例:汽油中含氧化合物的测定TCEP预柱,0.6m*1/16,0.6m*1/8


浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司采用二维中心切割气相色谱法测定了车用汽油中醚类、酯类和甲缩醛的含量。目标化合物经强极性TCEP色谱柱预分离后,再由非极性HH-1色谱柱进一步分离,确定了车用汽油中甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)、乙基叔丁基醚(ETBE)、乙酸仲丁酯、碳酸二甲酯(DMC)和甲缩醛在柱切换和不切换时的保留时间,建立了双柱定性和定量分析方法。各待测物在10~10 000 mg/kg范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999;样品中各待测物的平均加标回收率在88.41%~114.84%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)在0.04%~3.69%之间,方法检出限(LOD)在0.380 3~21.196 7 mg/kg之间。该方法中样品不需要进行前处理,操作简便,灵敏度高,具有良好的重复性和再现性。

Pre-separation chromatography can directly determine the infinite dilution activity coefficient (γ~∞) of the trace component in the mixture without separating this component from the mixture. It mainly consists of four steps: pre-concentration of the tested component, qualitative testing of the tested component, selection of a pre-separation column and determination of γ~∞. The pre-concentrated sample passes through the pre-separation column to separate the tested components, and then enters the measuring column to determine γ~∞. This method is simple, reliable, and has the same measurement accuracy as the conventional method of chromatographic measurement of y~∞ with pure solute injection, and can be widely used in occasions where pure samples are lacking.



Application example: Determination of oxygenated compounds in gasoline TCEP pre-column, 0.6m*1/16, 0.6m*1/8




Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. used two-dimensional heart-cutting gas chromatography to determine the content of ethers, esters and methylal in automotive gasoline. After the target compound was pre-separated by a strong polar TCEP chromatographic column, it was further separated by a non-polar HH-1 chromatographic column. The methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) and ethyl tert-butyl ether (ETBE) ), the retention time of sec-butyl acetate, dimethyl carbonate (DMC) and methylal when the column is switched and not switched, the two-column qualitative and quantitative analysis methods have been established. Each analyte has a good linear relationship in the range of 10~10 000 mg/kg, and the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.999; the average recovery rate of each analyte in the sample is between 88.41% and 114.84%, and the relative standard deviation is between 88.41% and 114.84%. (RSD, n=7) is between 0.04% and 3.69%, and the method detection limit (LOD) is between 0.380 3 and 21.196 7 mg/kg.
