V01051必拓生物pTST载体,pTST vector,质粒载体图谱


来自S. oneidensis TorA蛋白的高效率信号肽,能引导外源蛋白高效率分泌,其分泌机制不同于pelB信号肽和肠毒素II的信号肽(STII),对某些蛋白的分泌效率更高。可用于外源蛋白在大肠杆菌体系中的分泌表达。载体大小为5583bp,氨苄霉素抗性。
