V01053必拓生物pTET载体,pTET vector,质粒载体图谱


来自大肠杆菌TorA蛋白的高效率信号肽,能引导外源蛋白高效率分泌,其分泌机制不同于pelB信号肽和肠毒素II的信号肽(STII),对某些蛋白的分泌效率更高。可用于外源蛋白在大肠杆菌体系中的分泌表达。载体大小为5616bp,氨苄霉素抗性。

2.含有中等强度启动子tac启动子,表达较高;
3.载体C-末端含有His6标签序列和c-myc检测标签序列,可用于金属离子亲和层析纯化和对表达产物进行检测
