V01042必拓生物pLST载体,pLST vector,质粒载体图谱


来自大肠杆菌热稳定的肠毒素II的信号肽(STII)已经被证明是一种高效率的引导外源蛋白分泌的信号肽,依赖于不同的蛋白种类和序列,其分泌产物甚至可以以较高的浓度聚集在培养基中。可用于外源蛋白在大肠杆菌体系中的分泌表达。载体大小为5524bp,氨苄霉素抗性。

1.含有大肠杆菌热稳定的肠毒素II的信号肽,分泌效率极高;
2.含有弱启动子lac启动子,有利于某些外源蛋白可溶分泌表达;
3.载体C-末端含有His6标签序列,可用于金属离子亲和层析纯化。
