来自大肠杆菌周质腔蛋白DsbA的信号肽是一种高效率的引导外源蛋白分泌的信号肽,其分泌机制不同于pelB信号肽和肠毒素II的信号肽(STII),对某些蛋白的分泌效率更高。可用于外源蛋白在大肠杆菌体系中的分泌表达。载体大小为5513bp,氨苄霉素抗性。
