Principle:
(beef liver glutamate dehydrogenase)
(1) L-Glutamic acid + NAD+ + H2O ? 2-oxoglutarate + NADH + NH4+
(diaphorase)
(2) INT + NADH + H+ → NAD+ + INT-formazan

Method: Spectrophotometric at 492 nm
Reaction time: ~ 9 min
Detection limit: 0.21 mg/L
