Principle:
(acetate kinase)
(1) Acetic acid + ATP → acetyl-phosphate + ADP
(phosphotransacetylase)
(2) Acetyl-phosphate + CoA → acetyl-CoA + Pi
(pyruvate kinase)
(3) ADP + PEP → ATP + pyruvate
(D-lactate dehydrogenase)
(4) Pyruvate + NADH + H+ → D-lactic acid + NAD+
