pGOLD Functionalized Slides
Product Description
pGOLD Functionalized Slides from Nirmidas Biotech, Inc. Are fluorescence-enhancing substrates for fluorophores emitting in the cy5/Alexa fluor 647(for any regular scanners) and IRDye800 channels (700-800nm) as well as in the 800-1700nm range. Fluorescence enhancement can be up to 100-fold in the 800nm channel(for Licor Odyssey CLx infrared imaging system and Innoscan 710 IR scanners) . The surface of pGOLD Functionalized Slides is a coating with PEG and terminal activated Carboxylic Acid groups for simple coupling with amines and proteins. Contact Nirmidas Biotech,Inc. ● pGOLD slides are 3"×1"×1mm
● Handle Slides by the EDGE or BACK; do not directly touch the FRONT of the slides
● Wear gloves while hangdling the slides
● Simply add a drop to the surface the slide with any amine-terminated molecule or protein in solution to form a permanent amide bond
● The FRONT of the slides is designated by:
·Scratch Marks found in the upper right corner
· The FRONT of the slides will face the FRONT of the box
