The CodeLink™ Mammalian Inflammation Bioarray Series comprises three products designed for analysis of RNA expression pathway variations of a focused set of genes involved in the inflammation response. The 30-mer probe designs for the Inflammation Bioarrays were selected from the corresponding whole genome bioarrays to ensure high quality probe activity and cross-over studies from preliminary screening experiments on the whole genome counterparts. The products are offered in a multi-assay format with an attached hard-walled chamber enabling the processing of 16 samples on a single slide. These bioarrays allow for focused investigations of diseases, treatments, and/or biological states that involve an inflammation response, with a CodeLink™ high quality, cost-effective, low target requirement, and high-throughput system. The number of transcripts represented on each product varies based on the state of the genome; the exact numbers are given in the chart below.

Upon receipt, Mammalian Inflammation Bioarrays should be stored at room temperature in a desiccated environment.
