MACS® GMP Cell Differentiation Bags are gas-permeable and transparent for microscopy.
They are available for three different culture volumes of 100 mL, 250 mL, and 500 mL.
The bags are individually packed, sterile, and tested for endotoxins. |
Applications |
MACS® GMP Cell Differentiation Bags are intended for the in vitro cultivation and expansion of cells from heterogeneous hematologic cell populations (e.g. for the generation of dendritic cells from CD14-enriched monocytes). |
