该产品是用来检测油气管道、电缆、搪瓷、金属贮罐、船体等金属表面防腐绝缘层的施工质量和老化腐蚀的微孔、气隙的一种专用检测设备。该仪器采用微电子高压发生器，运用电脑控制等技术研制而成，具有功耗低，体积小，重量轻，操作简单，直观方便，显示电压与实际电压结合涂层厚度自校，测试准确等特点。采用高压检测原理，克服了国内手柄高压枪整机高压静电等现象，对使用者来说是极为安全的。
