一、CTS-23B超声探伤仪 产品简介
A brief introduction of product, CTS-23B ultrasonic flaw detector
该产品是携带式A型脉冲反射式超声波探伤仪，可用交流电或电池供电工作。仪器具有频带可变的宽频放大器，宽扫描范围的时基电路，设置了细调及微调的高精度衰减器；仪器采用高亮度、内刻度矩形进口示波管。探伤灵敏度高、稳定性好、波形清晰、体积小、重量轻、耗电省且操作方便。CTS-23B 型具有报警功能，可分别对闸门内的“进波”或“失波”报警。仪器适用于焊缝、锻件等金属和部分非金属材料的无损检测，特别适用于近区高分辨力探伤，可作为无损检测人员资格考核用标准化仪器。
The product is portable A type pulse reflection type ultrasonic flaw detector, available AC or battery power supply. Apparatus having a frequency variable broadband amplifier, wide scanning range of the time-base circuit, set up fine tuning and fine-tuning of the high precision attenuator; instrument uses the high luminance, inner scale rectangular inlet tube. Detection of high sensitivity, good stability, clear waves, small volume, light weight, low power consumption and convenient operation. Type CTS-23B has the alarm function, can be respectively on gate within the " waves " or" wave" alarm. Apparatus suitable for welding, forging and other metals and some non-metallic materials nondestructive testing, particularly applicable to the area near the high resolution detection, can be used as a nondestructive testing personnel qualification assessment using standardized instruments.
