滕州市翔鹰分析技术有限公司建立XingyingGC7990plus气相色谱测定水中邻苯二甲酸酯的方法。方法:采用固相萃取前处理技术对水样进行提取、富集,以甲醇为洗脱溶剂将组分洗脱,气相色谱法测定。结果:实验中对色谱条件进行优化,方法的检出限为0.7~6.8μg/L,4种邻苯二甲酸酯测定的相对标准偏差在3.25%~7.18%之间,回收率在79.8%~95.2%之间。结论:本方法能够满足水中痕量邻苯二甲酸酯含量的测定。
