Currently, circular economy has become a hot topic, purification of yellow phosphorus tail gas (hereinafter referred to as yellow phosphorus tail gas) production recycling is one of the important branch. The main composition of yellow phosphorus tail gas is CO, accounts for about 80% ~ 95% of total volume, after purification and synthesis of methyl formate, formic acid, acetic acid ester C1 chemical products, such as yellow phosphorus tail gas recovery project of circular economy is the important demonstration project, the process of after purification.
For yellow phosphorus tail gas production has the characteristics of the reinforcement learning activity and corrosive, xiang ying analysis technology co., LTD., chose the packed chromatographic column, using XingyingGC7990PLUS gas chromatography for determination of CO2 in yellow phosphorus tail gas. Experimental results show that high concentrations of CO2 in the yellow phosphorus tail gas with TCD detector, CO2 volume fraction was 0.1% ~ 10%, the detection limit of 0.05%, method of the average recovery was 93.6% ~ 93.6%, relative standard deviation is 2.1% ~ 2.1%; Trace CO2 by Ni catalyst after purification of yellow phosphorus tail gas methanation into the FID detector is used to test, CO2 volume fraction in 10-7-1.0 x 1.0 x 10-4, method detection limit can be reached 5.0 x 10-8, relative standard deviation is 1.63%.

针对黄磷生产尾气具有强化学活性和腐蚀性的特点,滕州市翔鹰分析技术有限公司选择了填充色谱柱,采用XingyingGC7990PLUS气相色谱法测定黄磷尾气中的CO2。实验结果表明:黄磷尾气中高浓度的CO2用TCD检测器检测,CO2体积分数在0.1%~10%时,检测下限可达到0.05%,方法的平均回收率为93.6%~104.1%,相对标准偏差为2.1%~3.2%;净化后黄磷尾气中的微量CO2经Ni催化甲烷化转化后用FID检测器测定,CO2体积分数在1.0×10-7~1.0×10-4时,方法的检测下限可达到5.0×10-8,相对标准偏差为1.63%。
