微流体生物芯片
Cellix公司推出的整套VenaFluxTM 微流体细胞分析平台是该公司目前最受客户欢迎的一套系统,提供在活细胞水平上微流体活性筛选的完整解决方案。操作简单,分析效率高,可大大提高药品的开发和筛选效率。
VenaFlux 系统是第一个能进行连续流体细胞分析的半自动化微流体分析系统。配合使用Cellix生物芯片和细胞分析软件,VenaFlux 系统可检测粘附到微毛细管上的细胞,微毛细管中覆盖抗体或者培养有内皮细胞,模拟生理流动产生一定的剪切力。VenaFlux系统操作简单,可减少耗时耗钱的动物模型实验,获得特异性强,准确性高,重复性好的结果。
Cellix提供一系列的生物芯片包括Vena8内皮细胞+TM,Vena8荧光+ TM,Vena8TM(定制Vena8系列);Vena Delta系列;Vena4YTM;Vena4Y2TM和VenaECTMbiochips。
所有生物芯片模拟人体的毛细血管,通过串联的模式连接各部件,在Cellix工作站使用。

Vena4Y2TM Biochip:For dual injection assays and Thrombosis studies mimicking branching micro blood vessels
The Vena4Y2™ Biochip is Cellix’s first biochip containing a branching microchannel and is compatible with fluorescent microscopy. Using Cellix’s MirusTM Nanopump, cells and drug compounds may be perfused via dual-injection at the Y-channel end facilitating laminar flow of two streams.
This biochip is ideal for studying chemotactic gradients via dual-injection and thrombosis at the site of such branching micro blood vessels as seen in vivo.
Vena4Y2TM Biochips are supplied in packs of 10, facilitating 40 experiments per pack.

Suitable for a wide range of cell suspensions and whole blood.
Easy to coat microcapillaries with a range of different adhesion molecules.
Biochip plastic is optically clear permitting detailed microscopy studies.
0.05 – 450 dyne/cm2 shear stresses / shear flow rates easily obtained and controlled by the MirusTM Nanopump and FlowAssayTM software.
Shear stress / Shear flow rate may be preset to be incrementally increased during an assay.
