Select-HA? – Select-HA? is sodiumhyaluronate (NaHy) made through in vitro enzymatic synthesis where a very highlevel of size control is possible. Polydispersity of the reagent in any sizefrom 25KDa to 1.5MDa is as low as 1.02 (a value of 1 is for a “perfect”polymer). Protein content is <0.1% and the endotoxin level is <0.1 EU/mgfor all of the Select-HA? Low Endotoxin products.
oligoHA? – The oligoHA? consists ofdistinct sodium hyaluronate oligomers prepared from streptococcal orrecombinant bacterial sodium hyaluronate by testicular hyaluronidase digestionand subsequent purification. oligoHA4? is a monodisperse tetramer (fourmonosaccharides: nonreducing-GlcUA-GlcNAc-GlcUA-GlcNAc-reducing end). Followingthat nomenclature, oligoHA6? is a monodisperse hexamer and oligoHA8? is eightmonosaccharide units in length.
Mega-HA Ladder? – The Mega-HA? Ladder is amixture of streptavidin complexes containing one, two, three or four endlabeledbiotin-Select-HA? molecules of very defined sizes for use as size standards ingel electrophoresis or other separation methods. This ladder covers a rangefrom 1.5MDa to 6MDa.
Recommended usage: agarose gelstained with StainsAll.
HiLadder? – The HiLadder? contains fiveSelect-HA? molecular mass markers in the range of 500KDa to 1500KDa.
Recommended usage: agarose gelstained with StainsAll.
LoLadder? – The LoLadder? contains fiveSelect-HA? molecular mass markers in the range of 25KDa to 500KDa.
Recommended usage: agarose gelstained with StainsAll.
nanoHA? 10 Ladder – The nanoHA? 10 Ladder is apreparation of different sizes of hyaluronic oligosaccharides. The reducing endcontains N-acetylglucosamine. This ladder contains oligomers of HA10, HA12,HA14, HA16, HA18, and HA20.
Recommended usage: acrylamidegel stained with Alcian blue 8Gx or silver stain.
