一、产品简介

该产品是专用于测量被加工零件表面粗糙度的新型智能化仪器。该仪器集当今微处理器技术和传感技术于一体，以先进的微处理器和优选的高度集成化的电路设计，构成适应当今仪器发展趋势的超小型的体系结构，完成粗糙度参数的采集、处理和显示工作。TR101适用于加工业、制造业、检测、商检等部门，尤其适用于大型工件及生产流水线的现场检验，以及检测、计量、商检等部门的外出检定。采用优化的电路设计及传感器结构设计,将电箱、驱动器及显示部分合为一体，使其达到高度集成化；任意选择Ra、Rz测量参数；不仅可测量外圆、平面、锥面，还可测长宽大于80×30mm的沟槽。TR101袖珍型表面粗糙度仪经过严格的温、湿度试验，可适应高温高湿度的工作环境。
This product is dedicated to measuring the parts to be machined surface roughness of a novel intelligent instrument. The apparatus sets the microprocessor technology and sensor technology in one, with advanced microprocessor and preferably highly integrated circuit design, which adapt to the development trend of ultra small instrument system structure, complete the roughness parameter acquisition, processing and display of the work.
