一、产品简介
One, product introduction
本仪器是一种高灵敏度、宽量程、高精度、多用途的精密光辐射测量仪器，可用于测量光照度、辐照度、光电流等光度参量。本仪器适用于测光实验室、物理实验室、计量实验室及其它有关的教学、科研、工程、产品检验等单位。该仪器主要功能如下： 仪器用高稳定度、低噪声硅光电二极管作探测器， 并将其光谱灵敏度S（λ）分别修正成V（λ）（用于测量光照度）或展平（用于测量辐照度）；仪器可配备带有高精度平面型余弦修正器的探头，用于高精度的光度测量；本仪器以照度值定标，如果需要测量辐照度或光电流，应另配相应的探测器或光电流源，将仪器的示值乘以相应的系数即可得到辐照度或光电流的测量值； 仪器有数据保持功能，如果要保持测量值，可按下“保持”开关，仪器显示值即被锁定，再按下时将释放。
The apparatus is a kind of high sensitivity, wide measuring range, high accuracy, multi purpose precision optical radiation measuring instruments, can be used for measuring light intensity, irradiance, light current luminosity parameter. The apparatus is suitable for metering laboratory, physics laboratory, metrology laboratory and other relevant teaching, scientific research, engineering, product inspection units. The apparatus functions as follows: instrument with high stability, low noise silicon photodiode detector, and the spectral sensitivity of S ( lambda ) were modified into V ( lambda ) ( used for measuring light intensity ) or flat (for measuring irradiance ); instrument may be equipped with high precision planar cosine corrector probe, used for high precision photometry; this instrument to irradiance calibration, if need to measure irradiance or light current, should match with another corresponding detector or a current source, the instrument indication multiplied by the corresponding coefficient can be obtained by the irradiance or photocurrent measurements; apparatus having data maintaining function, if you want to maintain measurement value, press the" maintain" switch, instrument display value is locked, then press releases.
