SuperSignal West Pico化学发光底物


Thermo Scientific SuperSignal West Pico比GE ECL底物更灵敏。经连续稀释(50-0.003ng)的重组小鼠IL-2蛋白经电泳后转移至硝化纤维素膜上,封闭并使用1μg/ml大鼠抗小鼠IL-2抗体稀释液孵育。洗膜后,使用20ng/ml稀释的辣根过氧化物酶标记的山羊抗大鼠二抗孵育。再次洗膜,之后与按操作手册准备好的底物进行孵育。印迹分别曝光1分钟和5分钟。
这种SuperSignal底物系统产生更长时间的发射光,并且在保持灵敏度的同时具有其他入门级的基于鲁米诺发光系统至少两倍的强度。而所有这些只需同类产品的三分之二的价格。
