介孔二氧化硅包裹的超顺磁性氧化铁纳米颗（USPIO）粒是以具有超顺磁性的Fe3O4纳米颗粒作为内核，外层包裹了具有介孔的二氧化硅包覆层的复合型纳米粒子材料，产品粒径在50 ±10 nm范围，浓度为5mg/ml，产品整体分散均匀，颗粒大小均匀，表面介孔完整，具有较高的比表面积和大孔径容积，且生物相容性较好，可以用于药物装载，肿瘤靶向治疗，MRI成像和siRNA的装载。
