产品介绍:

纳米金(Gold Nanoparticles)的制备方法主要采用还原剂,如柠檬酸钠,硼氢化钠等还原氯金酸HAuCl4·4H2O氯金酸HAuCl4·4H2O在还原剂的作用下,可以聚合成一定大小的金纳米颗粒,形成带负电的疏水胶溶液。由于静电作用而成为稳定的胶体状态,故称胶体金(Colloidal gold)

 

生物应用:

1.纳米金应用于毛细管电泳检测尿液中8-OHdG

2.纳米金应用于蛋白质纤维染色的研究

3.纳米金应用于肿瘤诊疗的研究进展(金纳米粒子是一种很好的靶向制剂,可以同时实现肿瘤被动靶向和主动靶向:有纳米粒径大小引起的高通透性和滞留效应(enhanced permeability and retention effect , EPR )可以实现肿瘤被动靶向,使纳米金载体在肿瘤组织选择性分布,以增加药效并减少系统副作用。此外,金纳米粒子进行表面修饰后,可利用靶向分子实现肿瘤的主动靶向,将药物或射线特异带到肿瘤部位,达到肿瘤靶向治疗的目的。纳米金团簇表面的边缘位点和顶部位点4f轨道的结合能相对较低,这些位点形成的Au-S键的键能也相对较低,容易发生离解,这对Au-MMPCs的稳定性和配体交换有很大影响.Au-MPCs具有粒径小和生物相容性好的优点,用巯基或二硫化合物对Au-MPCs表面进行修饰,形成具有生物活性的Au-MMPCs,这些生物活性Au-MMPCs同待转运物和细胞膜相互作用,通过静电吸附和内吞作用可将转运物传送至细胞和细胞核内,靶向药物的传输和释放需要依靠Au-MPCs的作用。)

4.纳米金生物探针及其应用(通过表面改性,让纳米金带正电,从而与带负电的蛋白质相结合,制成用于电子显微镜的金探针)

5.纳米金在生物传感器中的应用(胶体金增强DNA生物传感器的检测灵敏度,纳米级的金颗粒标记在DNA分子上,可显著增加该分析分子的有效质量,从而增强质量敏感性。胶体金能提供一种类似于能保持蛋白质稳定性的环境,使吸附在其表面的蛋白质保持他们的生物活性,能增强乳酸生物传感器的检测灵敏度。用金纳米粒子修饰铂电极而制成的葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)生物传感器,具有灵敏度高,速度快等优点。)

6.纳米金在生物标记分析中的应用进展(金纳米粒子除具有一般纳米粒子的表面效应,量子尺寸效应外,同时具有良好的生物相容性。由于生物大分子和功能化同处于纳米维度当在相应的生物体系中加入功能化的纳米金颗粒使其具有定向吸附效应以及富集效应等。两者通过化学或物理吸附可制得既稳定又具有一定计量关系的生物/纳米复合材料。该复合材料又可以用来构建具有特殊功能的超分子结构体系,此外也可以作为检测探针用于研究复杂的生物化学体系。)
