伸、压缩和剪切应力仪器设备以及配套的培养板、硅胶膜载片等耗材闻名于世。

一、仪器部分:

该系统对各种组织、三维细胞培养物提供压力加载,并能通过独特显微设备实时观察细胞在压力作用的反应。

该系统对二维细胞和三维细胞提供双轴向应力或单轴向应力加载,并能通过独特显微设备实时观察细胞在应力作用的反应。

该系统对显微镜下的细胞提供双轴向应力或单轴向应力加载。

该系统对生成在三维状态下的细胞进行静态或者周期性的应力刺激加载分析,并能通过独特显微设备实时观察细胞在机械力刺激下的反应。

flexcell®??fx5k&tade; flexlink®?tension or compression应力加载或压力加载传导仪
可同时进行四个不同的实验程序!
应力加载传导仪或压力加载传导仪,和FX-5000T应力加载系统或FX-5000C压力加载系统连接后使用,通过主机控制,四个FlexLink可以同时操作,进行四个不同的实验程序。
每个FlexLink传导仪都是一个独立的控制系统,和FX-5000T应力加载系统或FX-5000C压力加载系统连接后即可使用。
FlexLink需要和真空泵或压力源使用
 

该系统记录三维人工组织中凝胶压实的过程自动、重复扫描。分辨率可达600pdi;可以设备扫描频率、次数;与FX-5000TT一起使用,可以记录三维细胞培养凝胶的压实动力学。存储的图像可以输入XyFlEX®程序进行凝胶面积的计算。

该系统双注射泵可以在微升、纳升、微微升水平上控制液体流。

该设备是完美的液流控制模式,通过计算机控制提供可调控的,往返式的或者脉冲式的流体切应力。
维持泵的流速不变,最大限度的降低改变泵的转速引起的流液反应的延迟。
可以在瞬间内改变流体流动方向。

Universal Matrix for 3D Tissue Printing

BioInk

 

The BioInkTM is a semi-synthetic hydrogel supporting cell growth of different cell types (fibroblasts'' keratinocytes'' etc.) by providing cell adhesion sites and mimicking the natural extracellular matrix. The BioInkTM is provided as a ready-to-use device to print 3D tissues. Critical parameters such as matrix stiffness'' cell adhesion can be tailored. Exclusively designed for BioFactory® and 3DDiscovery® tissue printers.

 

Modular Matrix Tailored to the Needs of your Cells

BioInkA versatile'' semi-synthetic hydrogel'' supporting cell attachment'' growth'' differentiation and migration. Combined with BioFactory® or 3DDiscovery® tissue printers'' you will be able to create composite tissue models in a layer-by-layer fashioning with spatial control of bioactives components (matrix'' cells'' proteins).
