| Description: | Recombinant rabbit tissue factor is supplied as a ~46Kd molecule. This apoprotein contains extra cellular and transmembrane domains of the tissue factor, plus an amino terminal leader sequence consisting of several domains which aid in expression and purification. The recombinant rabbit tissue factor is supplied in 0.01M CHAPS, 0.5M NaCl, and 0.2 M imidazole and 0.02M Tris-HCl, pH 7.9. This protein is shipped without added preservatives. | |||
