Description:
The ChromoTek Myc-Trap® comprises an antibody fragment coupled to agarose beads for immunoprecipitation of Myc-tagged proteins.
Specificity:
The Myc-Trap® recognizes the Myc-tag sequence EQKLISEEDL at the N-terminus, C-terminus, or internal site of the fusion protein. The Myc-Trap® does NOT bind endogenous c-myc.

- Enzyme activity measurements
- ChIP/ RIP analysis
Bead properties:
Bead size: ~ 90µm (cross-linked 4% agarose beads)
Storage buffer: 20% EtOH
