Alomone-钾离子通道

钾离子选择性离子通道是生命有机体中普遍存在的离子交换通道。在人体中,有超过70个基因编码不同的钾离子通道。钾离子通道可分为延迟整流(DR)和A型两个类别。延迟整流原来的名字来源于电压门控钾离子通道,主要是由于在神经轴突的延迟激活。A型通道是低电压激活、快速灭活(瞬态)的钾离子通道。
钙激活钾离子通道
钙激活钾离子通道(KCa) 根据生物物理属性和基因的同源性可以分为两类,KCa首先根据它们的单通道电导来分类,主要是指钾离子通过开放通道所表现出来的速度。第一类主要包括低点到和中等电导通道 (分别为SK和IK,KCNN基因家族)。第二类是高电导通道(称为BKCa或者 maxiK,由slo或者KCNMA1基因编码)。

内向整流型钾离子通道(Kir) 由于类型和结合位置不同而具有不同的生理功能。到现在为止, 已明确15 个Kir 亚单位基因并分类为7个亚族 (Kir1到 Kir7)。这些亚族可分为四个功能组:1) 传统的Kir 通道 (Kir2.x),2) G蛋白门控Kir 通道 (Kir3.x)'' 3) ATP敏感的钾离子通道(Kir6.x),and 4) 钾离子转运通道(Kir1.x'' Kir4.x'' Kir5.x'' 和Kir7.x)。

双孔钾离子通道
双孔钾离子通道家族(K2P)包含15个成员,根据其结构与功能差异还可以分为6个亚族。所有的家族成员都受一些物理化学因素如PH、氧含量、脂肪、G蛋白偶联受体、机械张力、神经递质和其他内生调节物质,临床上一些物质如挥发性麻醉剂也可作用于该家族成员。 这些通道也被称为泄露通道,主要是因为在生理电压范围内,它们的开放显示出对时间和电压的依赖性较小,这被认为是钾离子电流流出的基础。这种钾离子的流出可以激活休眠的细胞,稳定膜电位,加速神经元的复极化。
