Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determinedby accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and noobvious degradation and precipitation were observed. IL-10是一种多细胞源、多功能的细胞因子,能够调节细胞的生长分化,参与炎性反应和免疫反应,是目前公认的炎症与免疫抑制因子,白介素10在肿瘤、感染,造血系统以及心血管系统中都发挥着重要的作用,与血液、消化,尤其是心血管系统疾病有密切的相关。

 

在人类巨细胞病毒感染中,髓样细胞中产生巨细胞病毒编码的IL-10cmvIL-10)和潜伏相关巨细胞病毒编码的IL-10LAcmvIL-10),并损害其功能。cmvIL-10诱导DC、巨噬细胞和单核细胞产生hIL-10,损害DC分化,并促进巨噬细胞的M2极化。

因子X是一种酶,一种丝氨酸内肽酶,在凝血系统的几个阶段起着关键作用。X因子在肝脏合成。

 

因子Ⅹ缺乏:有先天性和后天性两类,男女均可患病。因子Ⅹ合成于肝脏,合成时需要维生素K作为辅酶。在维生素 K缺乏和严重肝病患者此因子合成不良。双香豆素过量,淀粉样变性及弥漫性血管内凝血病人中此因子常减少。

 

任何一种复合物激活人因子X都会导致cooh末端重链Arg52-Ile53的裂解,随后释放52个氨基酸的激活糖肽。然后,Xa因子作为凝血酶原复合物的酶组分,负责将凝血酶原快速转化为凝血酶。玻璃残基使因子X/Xa以钙依赖的方式结合磷脂(即细胞表面);凝血酶原复合体组装的必要条件。
