实而不华的钙流检测系统-NOVOstar

中科院上海生科院神经所刚于七月份在著名科学期刊PNAS (vol.110, no.27, 11011-11016) 发表了题为《Canonical transient receptor potential 3 channels regulate mitochondrial calcium uptake》的学术文章。这文章是关于线粒体的钙离子吸收和平衡。线粒体的钙离子平衡是调节线粒体膜电位、ATP的产生和胞内钙离子的平衡的重要基础。近几十年的研究指出用分离出来的线粒体能够在线粒体外的溶液中吸取钙离子。但是这个过程所涉及的钙离子通道和有关的分子生物机制还是十分不清楚。在这个研究中,研究员发现线粒体上的TRPC3通道对于线粒体吸收外面钙离子的过程有着依赖的关系。而研究亦发现把TRPC3在细胞的基因表达上调和下调时,会对线粒体膜电位产生明显的影响。这些发现指出TRPC3通道对于线粒体的钙离子吸收可能有着重要的功用,并对整个线粒体钙离子摄取机制有生理性的角色。 | |||
